TSR Environmental Considerations with appendices. This is a 1972 report synthesized from the General Plan for the Stewarts Point - Gualala area of Sonoma County, approved by the Sonoma County Planning Commission on August 10, 1972. The report is in response to concerns of the NCCRC that the ultimate size (build out) of The Sea Ranch, is incompatible with the environment. The authors of the report feel there is no objective basis for challenging the utimate size of TSR; this report is their evidence. |
